No Attorney-Client Relationship
Viewing this website, submitting a contact form, sending an email, calling the firm, or exchanging text messages does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only after A Law Firm, LLC agrees to the representation and the parties sign a written engagement agreement.
Do not submit confidential or time-sensitive information until an attorney-client relationship has been confirmed.
A Law Firm, LLC Messaging Terms of Service
Program Description
A Law Firm, LLC may send text messages concerning client intake, scheduling an initial call, appointment confirmations and reminders, intake follow-ups, case-related communications, requests for information, and secure links for reviewing or signing documents.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages, you authorize A Law Firm, LLC to send customer-care text messages to that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring the firm.
Opt-Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After you send STOP, we may send a text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages unless you consent to receive them again.

Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside the control of A Law Firm, LLC.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from A Law Firm, LLC and for messages you send to us. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, case, appointments, and communications with the firm. Contact your wireless provider with questions concerning your text or data plan.
